Meet David

David Sleininger is a meditation teacher and healer based in Los Angeles, CA. After struggling with a variety of physical/emotional health issues for over 25 years—including fibromyalgia (an auto-immune disorder), emotional trauma, multiple chronic injuries, relationship dysfunction and more—he developed the work that helped him break free from his own cycle of illness. He now spends his days teaching and guiding others to discover their own capacity to heal.

I’ve tried many types of meditation and I never stick with them—what makes somatic meditation different ?

With somatic meditation, the relationship between you and your body comes alive. That’s why many people who struggle with traditional meditation (including those with ADHD) find these practices to be exciting, engaging and effective. I’ve seen both beginners and advanced meditators have great results with somatic meditation.


How much time do these meditations take?

The meditations in this bundle range from 15-20 minutes. They are meant to practiced one per day.


If I am new to meditation, is this course for me?

These practices are great for meditators of all levels, including beginners. If the rest of this page speaks to you, you’ll enjoy these meditations.


How do I know if this course is not for me?

Consistency is the key to lasting transformation, so this bundle is not for you if you are unable to commit to the practices on a regular basis. Daily practice is highly recommended.


If I need extra support during the course, can I book a 1:1 session with you?

If you’d like additional support during the course (or anytime), you can book a 1:1 session here. I offer energy healing, private meditation instruction and somatic coaching. We can adjust the content of a session based on your needs.

In addition, I also recommend that you have a team of licensed health professionals available to support you as you explore these practices. At a minimum, I recommend a therapist to help you with the mental and emotional material that arises, as well as a primary care physical or equivalent to help address any physical concerns.
