015 An Even Shorter Practice ;)

Hello friends,

The response from last week’s email was clear: You want simple practices to help you reduce stress, pain, and anxiety. Buuuut, they need to be short and easy to do wherever you are.

Message received!

For the next seven weeks, as we head into the holiday crush, I’ll be introducing simple, powerful practices that you can do in 10 minutes or less.

Each week will feature a different practice, including movement, meditation, journaling prompts, and more. Best of all, each one is designed to reduce stress, quiet your mind, and deepen your relationship with your body.

Short Guided Meditation: Breathing & Feeling


Last week’s practice was a gem, but it was also 25 minutes long. This week, I’ve included a condensed version - one that clocks in at just under 10 minutes. It can be done sitting upright at your desk, on a meditation cushion or bench, or lying down with your back against the floor.

If you’re lying down, use a thin pillow or folded towel under your head as well as a thicker pillow under your knees.
